By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. GreenPharm sells herbal and natural health products from South Africa.

Orders and pricing: All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We may correct pricing errors and will tell you before shipping if an order is affected. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed.

Payment: Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Delivery: See our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier.

Returns: See our Return and refund policy, including your 7-day cooling-off right.

Product information: Our products are complementary herbal products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for medical advice. Speak to a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Individual results vary.

Liability: To the extent permitted by law, GreenPharm is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Privacy: We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
