Shipping and delivery

 

We ship across South Africa with trusted courier and collection partners: The Courier Guy, PostNet, Pudo lockers, or collection from the farm.

 

Delivery fees: Free delivery on orders over R600. Orders below R600 are R150 flat. Express delivery (1 to 2 business days) is available at checkout for R150.

 

Processing time: Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

 

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

 

International orders: International delivery is charged at R320 and can take 7 to 21 business days. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

 

Damaged or missing parcels: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
